1. The firing temperature of the kiln is too high.

If the use temperature of medium temperature roll is less than 1000 ℃, the use temperature of medium high temperature roll is less than 1200 ℃, and the use temperature of high temperature roll is less than 1250 ℃. If this limit temperature is reached or exceeded, roll breakage will increase significantly.

 

2. The influence of roll load, span and speed.

When producing ceramic tiles or other products with large specifications, the heavier the product weight, the wider the kiln (more than 2.7 meters), the larger the roll span, the faster the roll speed, and the greater the probability of ceramic roll bar fracture.

 

3. Improper selection of rollers.

Production specification is 600mm × For 600mm ceramic tile products φ 50mm roller; Production 800mm × Use of 800mm and above products φ 60mm or φ 65mm roll; For the production of sagger or base plate loading and unloading products in the form of household porcelain or other rare earth raw materials, the strength of the roller is highly required, and the ultra-high temperature roller should be selected.

 

4. Ceramic roller bars are seriously corroded.

Due to the long-term operation of the roller in the kiln, the roller has a certain service life due to the influence of kiln pressure, kiln gas and fuel corrosive gas. Generally, the strength of the roller will gradually decrease after more than two months of use, and may be interrupted under the load. This kind of fault mainly shows that the fracture surface is neat, the fracture surface is loose, and the surface of the fracture surface is colored.

 

5. The roller is not strong enough.

If the new rod penetrates the high temperature zone of the kiln and naturally breaks after several days of operation, it is a quality problem of the product itself. The section is loose, but the surface of the section is not colored.
