Precautions for the use of alumina lining bricks：
When using alumina lining bricks, the following matters need to be noted to ensure their optimal performance and service life. Before installation, ensure that the installation surface is clean, flat, free of oil and debris, and confirm that the lining bricks are free of cracks and damage, and check the size and specifications. During installation, use a suitable high temperature resistant or corrosion resistant adhesive to ensure that the adhesive is evenly applied, avoid local excessive thickness or thinness, and keep the brick joints between 1-2 mm to accommodate thermal expansion. Install step by step from bottom to top and from inside to outside to avoid stress concentration, and apply appropriate pressure after installation to make the lining bricks closely contact the foundation. During use, preheating treatment should be carried out after the first use or shutdown to avoid cracking of the lining bricks caused by sudden temperature changes, strictly control the upper temperature limit, avoid over-temperature use, prevent severe mechanical shock, regularly check the wear of the lining bricks, and replace damaged or severely worn lining bricks in time. When used in a chemical environment, ensure that the concentration and temperature of the chemical substances are within the tolerance range of the lining bricks, and avoid direct contact between the surface of the lining bricks and highly corrosive substances.
