1. Before use, please evenly apply a layer of special paint on the surface of the roller bar. It is recommended to use the self shedding paint produced by our company. The coating can prevent the chemical corrosion on the surface of the roller and reduce the formation of the adhesive on the surface of the roller.
2. Before the roller is inserted into the kiln for use, please place the roller on the top of the firing belt (about 120 ℃). Allow the roller to preheat and dry for at least 12 hours.
3. Please note that the installation of the roller inserted into the kiln body should be completed as soon as possible to prevent the roller from being heated for too long without rotation.
4. Keep the roller rotating under load. Power failure is taboo.
5. When the hot roll is drawn out from the kiln, if it is necessary to move the roll from the kiln side to another place, please hold the roll with insulating cotton or gloves to keep it vertical during the handling process and avoid tilting or leveling to prevent the hot roll from bending during the handling process.
6. Do not touch the hot roll bar with cold metal tools.
7. Do not lean the hot roller against the kiln edge.
8. When the hot roller is drawn out of the kiln, please place it horizontally on the ground covered with insulation blanket, and cover the roller with insulation cotton to gradually cool it.
9. Avoid corrosion of boron, lead and alkali metal elements on the surface of the roller.
10. Do not knock the roller.
11. Avoid excessive temperature gradient in the roller.
