The thermal factor is mainly due to the thermal shock caused by the sudden change of temperature on the ceramic roller, which causes thermal stress. For materials with different thermal expansion coefficients, thermal shock will occur when the temperature changes suddenly, and for it, this thermal shock will produce microcracks or even fatal cracks. For example, when changing the rod, the thermal shock of the roller when it is loaded into the kiln from outside the kiln or taken out of the kiln will cause unexpected damage to the product, or change the composition of the glass component in the green body at a higher firing temperature to increase or decrease it, thus changing the thermal expansion coefficient of the green body. When the temperature changes suddenly, it will even cause deformation or damage and fracture.

Under the continuous action of the load, the load will produce an alternating stress on the ceramic roller, especially under the continuous action of high temperature. This alternating stress will cause fatal damage to the roller, causing fatigue, resulting in gradual deformation of the product, small cracks, and slow fracture. It is obvious that different loads will lead to different changes at different stages, and eventually cause fracture damage.
